Team Obama Engineers Disinvitation of Governor Palin from Iran Protest
— Ace

First Hillary, then Biden refused to appear, refused to share the stage with Palin.

Eventually the organization got the message: Because Obama decided to politicize a bipartisan protest and refused to send any of his people, the organization disinvited the only politician willing to attend.

1 This tactic has to be a new low in American Politics. They are showing a clear division in the classes, the ruling class and the underclass of we the people. Fuck them!  The average American doesn't belong in politics in their eyes, only those who are connected to a system or a family.

Their actions scream arrogance, we know who they think is undesirable.

2 We'll remember.

Come November 4, the thug from Chi-town won't be able to do a thing about who we choose in the privacy of the voting booth.

Must burn his skinny buns that we can still reject him if we want.

We want.

3 Okay new language rule - bipartisan event means that only Democrats can attend.

5 As a Jew (not a concern troll/Astroturfer - and my IP address could verify that) i proclaim: these people are cowardly kikes, not Jews.

If the protest actually meant anything to them, they'd use anything they could get. The threat of being seen as non-liberal compliant is worse than the threat of Iran is now the main message of this rally.

7 Shame on the leftist Jews for being spineless partisan cocksuckers on an important issue such as Iran's nuclear weapon ambitions.

Shame. On. Them.

8 Rather than fire on Obama for getting Palin disinvited, we should be firing upon Obama for being such a dipstick that he wouldn't attend such a protest himself.

12 Can't one of these shitheels act like a statesman, instead of a sniveling party weasel? And how is Biden going to debate Palin when he won't share a stage with her? God, what pathetic losers.

13 At least they're being honest that they deem the mere existence of a Republican to be partisan.

I think this article goes a long way towards explaining the RATS' panic at Palin attending the rally:

16 So is SloJo gonna refuse to show up for the debate if Palin's there?

17 My message to that organization:
 ---------------
One would have thought that an issue as important as the Iranian Threat against, not Just Israel but all the West, would have engendered bipartisanship.  To show that the United States can confront Iran, no matter what party is in power would have sent a strong message.  Clinton, however, made it seem as if standing united in purpose with Palin was akin to standing next to a leper.  WHY?

Why also, have you capitulated to organizations that put winning elections higher than doing what's right for this country?

Shame on Clinton! Shame on the Democrats!  Shame on you!

18 Between Obama, Biden, and Palin,  Palin is the only one who has the balls to stand up for Israel and against the Dinner Jacket. Smart.

You know, this is a job for Lady de Rothschild.  I believe she has super jooo powers and would be the best person to bitch slap these people.

19 My email to the libtards:
------------
When I heard a week ago that you have invited both Hillary Clinton and Governor Sarah Palin to an anti-Ahmadinijad event, i thought this rally could really have an impact and proper exposure.

Today, I was shocked and appaled to find out you have uninvited Gov. Palin from the event, humiliating her, just because Hillary decided to cancel her appearence. To me, as an Israeli with US citizenship, it hurts because it makes me feel your true agenda is not to resist the evil Ahmadinijad stands for, but to make political shills happy. Instead of stating that whoever comes to the rally is welcome, you decided to opt for petty partisanship and to make lame excuses. You have disappointed me, and failed Israel and America in a critical time.

There is still time to fix your wrongdoing. Apologize to Ms. Palin, and reinvite her, if you want us to believe you stand by your stated cause.

Am I to understand the Jews take a hard line towards Iran's nuclear program?

Savages.

At least they can rest in comfort knowing the left in America is equally committed to ensuring Iran doesn't manufacture a nuclear weapon.  I mean, who's more ready to give Iran what for than the rational, well educated denizens of DKos and DU?

A stinking corpse should be seen and not heard, at least not when Sarah Palin's on the schedule.

21 Good letter, Lifelong.  De Rothschild said the other day that she could not support Obama because she loved her country more than her party.  It appears Clinton and Biden also love their party more than their country.

Joe`s excuse may be llegit. But did Hillary even offer an excuse?

As to the organization, bad move. Somewhat understandable, media would force Sarah to make it partisan regardless of her intentions in the hope of an unguarded gaffe. But have any NYCity politicians been dis-invited? Have all pols of all [US] parties been barred?

23 Per my comments the other thread, this DEMANDS a response.

Viral Video -- make Obama the villain, kissing Ahmadnutjob's ass with a cutout of Palin shooting at Nutjob. Or something like that.

Short, focused, funny. And drive the point home.

Come on you morons! At least one of you has the skills. Let's USE Youtube and Ace's moron home to counter-attack!

Make a viral video attacking Obama for forcing the disinvite -- because he's AFRAID Palin will attack NutJob his buddy.

The idea of a nuclear Iran that is not a threat to Isreal is unthinkable. The lies that are spouted in the media notwithstanding, If Ahmoudinijad has the ability to assault Israel he will. He has said as much and it is silliness in the extreme to doubt him.

Bipartisan cooperation to remove this threat should not even be an issue. By the Democrats making it so exerts a simple fact: They view support for Jewish people and Israel an acceptable loss for their ability to come into power. Not because it would hurt them now. But because they believe no one of the jewish faith will take the time to understand the depth of their RealPolitik. And that after the fact, if (when) the state of Israel is in ruin from an attack, you will all understand that they could not have predicted, or be responsible for this outcome.

They are preying on ignorance and fear. The loss of Isreal and the jewish vote is impossible in their minds and they have contempt for it.

25 You guys still think that Palin is doing badly?

The democrats are scared shitless of this women, even Hillary.  I know that the polls put Obama ahead of McCain, but their actions are telling me something very different.  Anyhow, I'm glad that the polls put Obama ahead.  Give people some incentive.

26 Palin publicly praised Hillary - twice - and Hillary treats her like she's unclean. And this organization does the same. That's beyond disgusting.

&Nbsp Whiskey, I love your website, but I disagree completely.

Dave in Texas' video worked because he didn't force it. It worked because it was funny, not because it attacked. "Using attack tactics is playing into Obama's hands." Obama wants to turn this into a campaign of dueling smear machines, because he's got a better one.

29 So just what in the f*ck do they think they are going to accomplish with their half a**ed "protest" when they can't even work out a f*cking invitation list?

Holy f*ckin' sh*t!!!  Who's bringing the f*cking sodas?

F*ck 'em.

Posted by: HBob at September 18, 2008 03:54 PM (I0b5H)

30 Should ask the sponsors of the protest if only democrats are welcome because that is the message they are sending out.

Posted by: Booben at September 18, 2008 03:55 PM (tyxqh)

31 If you're talking about the same story I've heard about (if yo udont want to mention it here fine I won't) I think you're vastly overestimating its news value, in that the MSM won't cover this in any substative way, it will be a 3 days wonder on the blogs and then it will fade. And more to the point, it's not going to impact the election

Posted by: docweasel at September 18, 2008 04:15 PM (XmjZg)

32 I don't know doc, if American Jewry preceives that the guy with the funny name intervened to keep America's newest political star from participating - and denying the protest some huge star value/press coverage/attendance - it could resonate.

The Governor should crash the party (on her bike, wearing an Israeli flag helmet?) and just stay in the crowd if they won't let her on stage.

Doh! [Appropriately enough.]

Or she should disguise herself as Tina Fey and attend then "unmask" on the stage.

Posted by: andycanuck at September 18, 2008 05:05 PM (vNd/9)

35 How concerned about Iran can the protesters actually be? Russia is supplying Iran with nuclear missiles out of self interest AND to trump Condi Rice's "slam" that they are becoming IRRELEVANT. Putin's as irrelevant to international terrorism as the Pope is to the Catholic Church. Besides Condi's branding efforts, the others becoming irrelevant are PROTESTERS who can't carry off an event without protesting the appearance of invited guests.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ov4tE7XRTUA
Beauty And The Beast: Be Our Guest (Disney)

"Who will be our guest?" asked the Little Red Hen.
"Not I!" said the cow.
"Not I!" said the ass.
"Not I!" said the swine.
"Not I!" said the goat.
"Then I will not host anyone!" said the Little Red Hen.
And the Protest was no longer against Iran, but against America.
And those willing to strengthen America were disenfranchised by the organizers. And Ahmedinejad lived happily ever after.

36 She should show up in the crowd carrying a sign like any other protester - what a golden media moment that would be!

Posted by: Bubba Thudd at September 18, 2008 06:38 PM (Q9kZv)

37 It's a shame that the only enemies liberals will acknowledge are their fellow citizens, that the only threat is other Americans who don't share their view of the world. If (warning! code words ahead!) those people feared and loathed the Iranian bomb half as much as they fear and loathe Sarah Palin, they'd be demanding that we nuke the whole country from orbit --just to be sure.

39 I say conservatives. McCain, and Gov. Sarah show up anyway and out-class them (not difficult to do, outclass a Liberal).  After all, Dems have no problem infiltrating our conventions, lets return the favor and show who the real protectors of the world are.

Posted by: LadyRVT at September 18, 2008 08:29 PM (ccuPW)

40 Um, how about ignoring the disinvite and showing up anyway? Since when is this group, by itself, the lone voice to express dissent on this issue?

Palin should appear. She need not say a word. Bring videographers, colleagues in arms who will stand with her (along with Secret Service as needed), and fans. Let Clinton/Team Obama throw a fit because she'd be upstaged if she/they must. Let the Democrat activists try to spin this as a partisan "violation" on the part of Palin. No reasonable person in America would deny Palin, another American, the right to dissent, in public, on an issue integral to the stability of democracy the world over. If the Jewish (or other liberal) activist groups make a stink, they'll be exposed as disingenuous hacks and unworthy of future support, money, or respect. Let them pull the mask down a bit more.

Posted by: AnonymousDrivel at September 18, 2008 09:28 PM (sI5Ho)

41 I think if Palin and McCain did show up they could walk right on stage a say whatever they want for as long as they want.  The p*ssies putting on their little protest couldn't put together a set of testicles if their lives depended on it.

The whole thing is f*cking ridiculous.  There's a crazy guy threatening the world ( or at least the only parts that matter ) while he's assembling a nuke and a group trying to draw attention to the situation is worried about keeping the democrat and republican sides of the aisle "even".  How can you take these f*ckers seriously?  Is there a f*cking situation we need to be aware of or not?  Did you say something about a mad man with nukes?  'Cause I f*cking think you did.  F*cking wedding planners.
