— Ace He's been serving his Iranian masters for years. I don't imagine his new gig will do much to change that.
John Limbert will be the senior Iran official at the State Department, replacing Dennis Ross, who has moved to the National Security Council (and who has not been heard from publicly since). Should America be concerned? Yes. Limbert is not a neutral arbiter; he serves on the advisory board of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC).What is the National Iranian American Council?
The Council is widely considered the de facto lobby for the Iranian regime in America. It opposes sanctions on Iran, soft-pedals any controversial events in Iran, and counsels "patience" regarding Iran's stance towards its nuclear program. The NIAC has been at the forefront of lobbying against continued congressional funding of the Voice of America Persia service, Radio Farad, and grants for Iranian civil society. To top it off, the NIAC has reportedly received funding from anti-Israel advocate George Soros, who at the very least was an honored guest and speaker at one of its symposiums. (He called for a more equitable Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and advocated for America to renounce regime-change as a goal).
The NIAC staunchly opposes any military attacks on Iran. In other words, it all but serves as Iran's embassy in Washington -- though the NIAC vociferously disputes this characterization. However, there is very little sunlight between the views of the regime and the NIAC.
There's more. The head of the NIAC, in his spare time, writes absurd books blaming all of Iran's woes on (wait for it...!) Israel and "the neo-cons." NIAC board members also contribute to "J-Street," the odious anti-semitic lobby fronted by left-wing self-hating Jews.

Ahmedinejad must love all that has transpired just in the last year. If the Iranians don't have a nuke by now, they must be real close.
In the end, there will be only chaos.

It's the end of the unipolar era. All of this -- Iran policy, domestic economic policy, snubbing our allies, and everything else -- is a purposeful plan to end the role of America as the world's lone superpower.
The only thing is, where do Obama and his friends think the revolution will come from?

13 Obama continues to push Israel into a corner re Iran, pretty much guaranteeing Israel will be forced to attack them and probably set off WWIII. I suspect France may help out and may even (once again) become Israel's main ally.
Perhaps, but given France's soon-to-be demographic shift, I don't think an Israeli-France alliance will last very long. Same thing with Russia. Maybe China, but I doubt that's fesiable.

If we lived in a sane and just world, most everyone connected with the Obama Administration would be up on treason charges for giving aid and comfort to our enemies.
The only good news is the first Iranian nuke to go off will probably be in a city that voted for him. Suck on that, 52%.

I don't know much about this Iranian-American council but a little bit of research on this Limbert guy shows that he was a career State Department weenie (most likely a Democrat yes)
All that being say he was one of the original Iran Embassy Hostages from the bad old Jimmy Carter days. So given, that I would hesitate to call him a "de facto lobbyist" for the current Iranian regime which includes the head terrorist of those bad ole' days.

#50, what? It's obvious the 52% who voted for the empty suit in the White House either have no interest in our national survival or are too dumb/naiive to have a clue about it. The current courses of action on the part of the National Command Authority basically indicate they don't know or care what's going on, and in fact might be enabling fundamentalist Islamic violence around the world from the Fort Hood shooter (who gets patted on the head for being multicultural) to the Iranian nuke program they have no interest in stopping.
Face it, very bad things are going to continue to happen, and no one at the White House cares. Welcome to the wonderful world of On Your Own. Put your investments into canned food and ammo.

We are being trojan'ed big time. The military needs to fullfill their oath concerning domestic enemies, Obama is both I think, a forigh sponsored DE
Also dont you all think its funny that we have seen the Ft. Hood killers face dozens of times in the last couple days, on the WEB and a LOT on TV.
He is like a Hero, makes you wonder how much Arab money is in the large media corps.
This is happening fast on purpose. Sometimes I think Rush and Beck hurt us more then Help. They give a place to vent and feel like we are doing something about whats going on. When we are not.

W/o gasoline you're screwed. Small solar panel(s) and stolen (long term borrowed) batteries work for me. I also "stack" power inverters to run off the tractor or SUV. This works in both applications. Charge the batteries from a vehicle and use an inverter if needed.
