More on the insanity -- and the Daily Kos Media phenomenon -- at the Weekly Standard. Meanwhile, Eeyore is theorizing that the Daily Kos Media is being inspired not by Kos directly but by the respectable example of -- wait for it -- Andrew Sullivan.

The Politico story linked at HotAir makes it quite clear that Sullivan is directly involved.

Sullivan is the person the MSM will point to as the "conservative," responsible blogger who legitimizes their dirt-digging. Which is exactly why MSM types who claim that it's just "outrageous" and "irresponsible" bloggers putting out this slime and that they are not touching it need to be cornered into admitting that Sullivan is the biggest slime merchant. They need to be forced to admit that the AS blog is a toxic waste dump and called on the carpet every time he is given time or space in other MSM outlets.

If you can find a McCain sign, it has a Swastika on it. Yet I've persistently heard people joking about the asinine media, and I think there's even signs of Palinmainia. 5 I know she's being safely indoctrinated by Joe Liebermanand AIPAC as we speak, but the fact that Kristol, like the rest of us, has not yet been able to point to a single view of hers on foreign policy in her entire life, is eloquent enough.

I called it. Andrew Sullivan from Atlantic Monthly is the first person I have seen who is pushing the controlled by the Jews angle. If anyone sees it on television let me know because I have a bet running. I will win ten dollars if they claim neocons are telling her what she believes and twenty if they actually come out and accuse Jews of controlling our foreign policy.

9 First he smeared her family and then said she should drop out of the race because people were going to destroy her and her family. Then he went off about her lack of experience and cult like following. Now he has moved on to phase two which is exposing the truth about the Jews who control our foreign policy and now the candidate. The press needs to ask questions because McCain might die and she could be president, but the cunning Jews have taken her somewhere to brainwash her. I have no idea what is next, but I look forward to this clowns reaction if McCain wins.
