How charming. Now, before people say he can't control every supporter...
I suppose not, and yet McCain and Palin are expected to, eh? I can guarantee you that if a supporter showed up at a rally in a "Obama is a N*gger" t-shirt, we'd hear a little something about it.

Well, we all know that Obama's great claim to executive experience is how he runs his campaign... which includes his campaign website.
If Obama wins, this screenshot is a foretaste of the next administration.

This "Politico" outfit is indeed a worthy successor to the AP, at least in terms of shoddy reporting.

That's what I'm talking about, ace!!!
Political ju-jitsu. Turn it right back on them.
I've been telling everyone I can that the best thing you can do for conservatism in the long run is inform your family and friends about how the media simply serves as a propaganda arm of the left.
I took my wife down that path and patiently pointed out how it's done. Before she met me, she naively believed that the media was unbiased and fair. Not because she's stupid, but because she was raised right and believed others were, too. In her thinking, these are professionals. Why would they lie? Don't they just want to do a good job?
Now that she gets it, she's working on my sister-in-law who is an undecided. She just patiently keeps hammering that you can't take what the media gives you at face value.
We all need to be relentless. Stay on offense. We're going to win.

A similar thought occurred to me this weekend at the local tavern talking with a Republican fellow who has decided (after long, hard deliberation) to vote for The zer0. When asked what factors he had taken into consideration, the only one he was able to recall was the Big Oil Fat Cats. Seems these guys are too rich for his tastes. ACORN? It wouldn't hurt these Oil men to part with some of that money. Ayers? Joyce Foundation? These Fat Cats are getting richer. It's only right they give some of it back.
Try as I might, I couldn't distract him from the one important issue in this election.
I was sure this guy never had a Republican though in his life, but his girlfriend says it's true, so it must be true.
It's one hell of an organization that has the resources to send these clowns to my neck of the woods.

Can you change this guy's perspective with facts? Oil companies live on a 10% profit margin. Google is close to 40%.
Who else "makes too much." Who decides? What about Hollywood actors? Lawyers? Doctors?
Big oil is big by necessity. It takes a tremendous amount of capital to explore for and drill oil.
Because of "Big Oil" even poor people can travel wherever they want to go in the U.S. with relatively little cost. That's what I call freedom.
Does this guy have a 401k? I bet Exxon is in it. He's an investor.
If we take away the profit motive, why should people risk money and commit time and energy to drill for oil?

OK folks, I'm clearly in the tank for the GOP. That having been said, am I the only one who can't believe the polls/this election?
We have a man named Barack Hussein Obama, with no experience but running unopposed, raised politically in the notoriously corrupt Chicago political machine, with an unpleasant, privileged wife who can hardly hide her hatred of white people and of America, with ties to unrepentant terrorists, to communists and radicals, who bought his house from a felon currently in prison and under investigation, with a promise to spend a trillion dollars extra, a promise to talk to America's enemies without precondition, who was actively involved in creating the current mess through his ties to Fanie and Freddie and Acorn (he even sued Citibank), and so on and on and on.
And then we have a centrist Republican, known for reaching out to Dems (I know, I know), who is a genuine war hero, who predicted the housing crisis and tried to stop it, who advocated the successful surge when it was impopular, who is universally recognized as a decent man, who has the support of a former Democrat Senator (Joe Lieberman) who was a veep candidate for his party a mere eight years ago but can't stand those people anymore, etc.
I mean, seriously, how is this even a contest??? Yes, people hate Bush and his incompetence (memo: if you hated that, wait for Hussein). Yes, the media is in the tank for the O. But come on, people.
I simply cannot believe this. I cannot believe that the USA would elect Barack Hussein Obama to be POTUS. Gore, sure. Kerry, a liberal clown. But Obama?? Running against a centrist Republican who is known to have Democratic friends?
None of this makes any sense to me. Thanks for the vent.

Whatever the reason (and I've suggested before that it comes from being abandoned by both parents) it surely isn't being ignored by the Hill-fans even as the MSM gives him a pass for life. I tried the 10% point. I also brought out the size of the pie -vs- size of the slice argument, though I failed to hit on the 401K and the fact that one of those slices is most likely his.
For a moment I thought I might have successfully distracted him when I brought up increased taxes and the coming increases in the minimum wage pushing the lower middle class back down to the poverty line (and the fact that this would have no effect on those nasty rich bastards, as they've pretty much checked out on the rest us in the cost of living race,) and pointed out that he would be hit alot harder than those Fat Cats he wants to stick it to.
No dice though. I became convinced that he has never given the matter any serious thought, and will continue to rationalize everything he doesn't already believe as irrelevant. By the time he realizes the nebulous rhetoric coming from Obama is just the sound of another first-term candidate running on 'change', like every other first-term candidate in history, he will have already voted for him.
And as his 401K tanks, he will continue to believe it's because somebody with too much money is siphoning it off with the help of those dirty Republicans he claims to be one of.

This behavior is terrible. Obama or a spokesperson from his camp should apologies to Sarah Palin. This shows the sleezie behavior of the democrates and shows that Obama doesn't care about the American society as long as they vote for him. He should renounce this action and really stand tall. But of course Obama will not even address this, he's a sleezie liar anywhy. He's trying to steal and cheat his way to the presidency. He thinks the American people are stupid and do not read through his verbal bull crap. And that we do not know that he is behind ACORN.
Obama's house is crumbling. Even the bias media cannot keep this from happening. There are 21 days left to watch it turn to dust. So please keep talking about spreading the wealth. All the Americans who go to work everyday really want to know that Obama wants to reward Americans who are lazy or make their money illegally. Yes, we want to give our hard earned money to you so you can "spread the wealth". What a joke. God help our Country if Obama is elected.

This is the typical, public educated frat boy prank mentality that runs rampant in the NObama campaign. If you want tax and spend Obama and his Senior advises Nancy" I wish I was gay" Poloise and Harry "I don't know what to do " Reid, good luck. When O says he will not raise taxes on the middle class, that in itself is a lie. He's going to roll back Bush tax cuts. Isn't that raising your taxes over $2,000 per year. Liberal governments do not survive. If you rob the rich to give to the poor, it gives neither an incentive to do any better. So pretty soon this government will collapse because the GNP will fall out the bottom. There is no incentives for the people with money to invest or even if you have limited funds. We will create a welfare country. If you can vote for the man who has the most liberal voting record in the Senate , has questionable associates (Bill Ayers) and has spent the last year and a half running for president in his two years in the Senate

The degree to which racism exists in any society is directly purportional to the acceptance of racist beliefs in that society.
Considering the huge outpouring of outrage against even the slightest whiff of racism, a reasonable person can safely assume there is very little genuine racism left in society. Although the generation born in the 1940's had to deal with the unfairness of Jim Crow and the generation born in the 1960's dealt with a myraid of social ills, African-Americans born in the last twenty years will not be able to use racism as an excuse for being unsuccessful.
Unfortunately, one out of three women still experience the hate crime of rape, which places all females within a system-wide pattern of intimidation. We as a society cannot cope with what that implies about men, so instead we focus on the imaginary problem of racism.
