heh. I  would take the third world out though because they don't actually care about it, they just say they do. The recent "Iraq might slip into a genocidal bloodbath: No big deal" pre-surge attitude leads me to believe that people in the third world are more of a political tool to them than anything. Normal people see something like that as a tragedy, others  see it as a way to pick up seats in the senate.
