— Ace Flaming skull? No, not yet. It's not yet confirmed. In fact, it's just overheard hearsay, supposedly from a convention organizer, reported by a blogger.
And there are alternate explanations offered which are just as plausible. (Not to hazard a guess at whom the "disaffected Republicans" who supposedly provided the badges might support, but his name rhymes with Pon Rual (!). )
But I'm rubbing the skull with alcohol, just in case.
I do note, however, that somehow the Democrats managed four nights without a stage-charging incident.
The Republicans suffered one two out of three nights.
Are Democrats merely that much more fascist when it comes to security, or what?
Looks Like Gateway Pundit's Discovered Precisely How the Code Pink Scrunt Got In During Palin's Speech: Rock-solid on that one, it looks like.
That leaves the question of how they got in during McCain's speech, but it's likely by the same sort of tactic.
Thanks to Gabriel Malor and his sissy-pants book-learnin' for straightening out my loose shit.

Nah, that's reckless, and ridiculous, don't call them fascists... their security is the same as the GOP. Maybe even more lax.
They're just that much more fascist about repressing dissent.

Wasn't some Code Pinko or HuffPoster or someone bragging about quasi-forging a press pass to some event earlier this year?
I wish I could remember with more (well, any) specificity. I recall that it was interesting, but apparently not interesting enough to actually remember.

It was 2 Biden Campaign workers who used Huffington Post press passes to get into a McCain town hall event and then one pretended to be an audience member and "pastor of a church" (which was bogus too) to ask McCain if he once called Cindy McCain a "cunt"
The other dude reported it on the respectable Huffington Post as he just happen to be at an event where an audience member "pastor" randomly asked McCain this (of course also leaving out that they were Biden Campaign officials together)
----> just to refresh your memory.

Yes. Yes I do. I smell queef - stinky stale old queef.
The kinds of things that constantly emanate from Queef Olbermann and those Code Pink skanks.
Can someone open a window in here please?

"Are Democrats merely that much more fascist when it comes to security, or what?"
No, Republicans are generally more respectful of divergent points of view, and don't feel the need to crash someone elses party.
Democrats, on the otherhand, value diversity just as long as it comports with the established criteria of the party. Hitler used Brownshirts, the Democrats use women in pink.

I think I was thinking of some other thing, actually. Where someone with credential-issuing, uh, credentials made or distributed ones she shouldn't have.
And then bragged about it. Actually, maybe it was the same thing.
Anyway, my point is, Code Pink has dishonest members? No way, shut up!

Just asking questions, right?
I mean this stuff IS out there, right?
Yep, just asking questions.
Will someone please ask Olby to provide a DNA test to prove the pass wasn't his... it's a simple gesture and it will go a long way to help solve this most pressing concern.

Assuming that only the credentials were stolen or forged, Eckrich would have to be able to show damages of some sort for a civil suit. If she actually attended everything she wanted to attend, though, that would be hard. A civil claim would be unlikely, I think.
If documents were falsified, the RNC may have fraud and forgery claims that could be prosecuted in the civil courts. Again, proving damages would be an issue, but there's more material to work with on this point. Not saying sufficient yet, but more. My thoughts: Likely not.
Criminal forgery and/or fraud charges? A prosecutor would have to show some statutorily protected document was forged or that a criminal misrepresentation occurred. Either is possible, I guess - I don't really know whether docs were forged and what those docs might have been.
Honestly, when the work involved in pursuing any of these is balanced against the return, I suspect there won't be much to come out of this. Probably a misdemeanor disturbing-the-peace citation or something.
