Please try to push this story to the biggest blogs. Instapundit, PowerLine, Althouse, Hugh Hewitt and Volokh have the power to push this into the MSM.
And that lawyer deserves all the press he can get. Fucker! *spit*

I have 30 years experience in handling paternity cases in Illinois in Public & Private Practice starting as a prosecutor prior to the admissibility of parental blood testing.

Anyone got some goodfella's outa Chitown that could have a lil "chat" with this asshat?
If not, how about the Illinois State Bar? Get Malor to do something useful by filing a brief or w/e.

Obviously, the key now is to keep this story alive in the blogosphere... if someone like O'Reilly gets a hold of it, it'll run on its own from there. The MSM won't care in Chicago- despite the fact that it's a good story, unless charges are preferred in court, it doesn't fit the template- the only angle that the MSM would care about is a lawyer facing disbarring for committing a felony. If the DA won't pursue it, most reporters won't follow it.
As a matter of fact, for the record- we couldn't follow a story unless it was criminally-related and given to us with an official press release from the police or DA.
I don't know the leanings of any of the Chicago papers, but if there are any that are friendly to our point of view, it'd be worth forwarding the story to them.
But, hopefully, someone will get after this fucking prick. It'd be worth forwarding this not only to O'Reilly, but to Hannity as well... perhaps Beck.

Certainly if, like many DAs, he has ambitions to hold higher office it might be a good thing for him to be known as the prosecutor who took care of one of America's fighting men and showed an arrogant lawyer that he is not above the law. That would be better than getting a reputation of shafting a Marine on his way to Iraq so that he can take care of his lawyer crony.
One other thing is that if anybody in Iowa or New Hampshire gets a chance to question Barak Obama, you might want to ask him if all Chicago lawyers hate Marines like Jay Grodner does.

A brick to a rear window and molitov (Val-u-rite, of course) cocktail to finish. Awfully hard to track down the perp of that kind of random crime...

I blogged it and forwarded the Blackfive entry to Hot Air and Michelle Malkin, though I am sure I wasn't the only one. Scumbag.
Tried to email him...my email is an AOL account and my email was immediately returned because of a full inbox. According to the Blackfive comments section, his website is now down and his contact phone numbers all disconnected. Looks like he made a great career move.
Lesson: don't piss off Marines.

Forget the Sun Times. They make Pravda look like National Review. Even theTribune is iffy these days, although, they have a hardon for Blagojevich lately, and want to see him gone, which is a good thing.
Does anybody know if prosecutors have to face reelection in Chicago?
The State's Attorney is elected every 4 years, and was just elected to a new term this year, so he's not going to do a thing about this, unfortunately. Saying that this is a machine-run town doesn't even begin to explain it. Nepotism and cronyism have a stranglehold on things here, and it is getting worse.

Send him business. Lots of business. Have his firm fill the appointments book with plenty of new clients.
Who never show.
Have him sitting at his desk, fiddling with his Mont Blanc, wondering where his billable hours have gone.
