Warlike Israelis Versus Peaceful Palestinians
— Ace

What, they couldn't find a Palestinian flying a kite? Actually... that flag looks pretty kite-like, no?

Strong. Subtle.

LGF, which is on a roll with pictures demonstrating reporters' solidarity with terrorists.

In Further Black-Is-White, Up-Is-Down News... Andrew Sullivan accuses Instapundit of being "passive-aggressive."

Projection, Andy. It's not just a river in Egypt.

He then goes on, yet again, to spout off about how, unlike Reynolds and Goldstein, he's on no one's team but Team Truth. He tells us once again that his stance requires "thinking," which no one who supports Bush (post-FMA, of course) is capable of.

1 Looks like LGF is under attack. Site's gone.

2 LGF seems to be up, but there may be a problem with Ace's hyperlink. Try here.

3 one too many "e"s in the link to littlegreeeeenfootballs.

4 Yeah, I screwed up the link. Fixed now.

Posted by: ace at June 28, 2006 06:03 AM (h7Mal)

5 Well, I did my due diligence, and tried both the link from Rathergate.com and typing it in-- it was definitely out.

But it is, as you say, fixed now.

6 Wow, and Sullivan does not like being called "Andy."

7 More tears for the poor Palestinians suffering under the cruel, collective-punishing Israelis at this blog.
Amazingly, he finds that the AP is horribly pro-Israel:
Yet, the AP framed this attack as an attempt to bring "pressure on Palestinian militants." Pressure, huh? When Palestinians attack Israeli soldiers, they call it "terrorism." When Israel punishes entire civilian populations it is "pressure." Of course, he had to lie to make that finding. The AP never calls anything terrorism, because that would be a value judgment.

8 He tells us once again that his stance requires "thinking," which all of you aren't capable of.

I thought it was due to his fabulous gluts.

9 'Andy' is a nickname, not a name.

Unless your parents are progressive bluestate urban types, in which case your name is "AnDee" - and you get bullied alot.

11 Geez, the lovable tyke is flying a kite and everything...

12 I know this is a difficult idea for someone like Goldstein or Reynolds to grapple with; it would require thinking, for example.

Sullivan criticizing others for not thinking? Although I do kind of admire the sheer gall that it took to make that statement.

13 Andy does all of his thinking with his rectum.

14 Andrew Sullivan is a troll. I got an email yesterday that I'd like to reference:Andrew Sullivan once admitted to using testosterone gel as a treatment for his condition. T-Gel can cause mental/mood changes and volatile behavior. Sullivan's use of this treatment explains a lot about his recent descent into passive-aggressive Bush hating. This is too simplistic an analysis, of course. And yet Sullivan's sickness and treatment is central to his personality; and it's certainly as worth debating as Instapundit's habit of blending puppies into a nice energy drink.

15 From AP:

Israel said its warplanes flew over the home of Syrian President Bashar Assad, in a message aimed at pressuring him to win the release of a captured Israeli soldier.

I'll bet Bashar is experiencing a rare moment of mental clarity right about now.

17 That Andy Sullivan link is revealing. Only two people so far have trackbacked his post, both negative. It appears the only traffic he gets is by people who think he's a putz.

Stop reading him, he might dry up.

18 >>Stop reading him, he might dry up.

>>Andrew Sullivan once admitted to using testosterone gel as a treatment for his condition.

Do these two snippets together mean anything??

19 Andy's probably drunk again.

You all do know that he's an alcoholic, don't you?

21 Oh yeah, real subtle! Couldn't they find a picture of a cute Palistinian little girl for their unbiased front page? Oh right-
#1 girls aren't allowed outside
#2 there are no "cute" female Palistinians

Omg! Look closely! That APC is driving over a bunny rabbit!

23 Team Truth. Standing for Truth, Justice, and the "American" way. (I'll give you a hint Andee, we call it "cornhole" on this side of the pond. "Buggery" is the British variant. Or is that variation?)

25 GAZA - (Reuters)

Shansa Al-Rashad, a nine year old Palestinian boy, sadly stares at his shattered, home-made green fabric kite. "I was flying it with my cousin Muji and it broke and fell down when we heard something like thunder and whistling." As a tear rolls down his cheek, young Shansa, or Shansi as his friends and family call him, holds up his tattered home-made kite. "Me and Muji worked on this all day yesterday."

Shansi and Muji are many of the children who unwittingly suffer the oppressive and often violent actions of the so called Israeli Defense Force. Shansi's uncle Muhammed trembles with rage as he hastily prepares an old Soviet era mortar. "No more," he says. "The Zionists have been fucking with our picnics for far too long." He shouts a loud warning to fellow picnickers and with a muted explosion, the mortar rocks backward in a burst of fire. Muhammed stands up and gazes towards a distant high rise apartment complex. Seconds later, an explosion is heard and a black cloud of smoke rises.

"Serves them right. How dare the American-supported pigs attack our local police station."
