5 I'll bring this over, and if I end up in the barrel, I don't care.  I may intensely dislike the Toronto Maple Leafs, but origin of their name is worthy of distinction:

The Maple Leaf to us, was the badge of courage, the badge that meant home. It was the badge that reminded us all of our exploits and the different difficulties we got into and the different accomplishments we made. It was a badge that meant more to us than any other badge that we could think of...so we chose it...hoping that the possession of this badge would mean something to the team that wore it and when the skated out on the ice with this badge on their chest... they would wear it with honour and pride and courage, the way it had been worn by the soldiers of the first Great War in the Canadian Army."

118 Speaking of guns. We were at Lake Anna in Virginia and a man there with his family had a hand gun visible in a holster in the back of his pants. No one seemed to notice or care. Spoke with him briefly, nice guy.

120 does a muff pistol have a silencer? I mean, is it muffled? Posted by: seamrog at May 30, 2015 09:26 PM (SLI1e) --- Haha, no, it just means a small lady's handgun suitable for hiding in one's muff (no, not that, it's a small tube of fur into which one places one's hands to keep them warm).

143 So, I'm sure it was brought up already, open carry in Texas has passed both houses and is on the way to Governor Abbott's pen. His words on Twitter. I doubt I would ever open carry but I still think it's an important victory for gun rights. Hardest hit...moms demand action. Hahahahahaha! There was a quote from someone from the group claiming to be a Texas gun owner who was disappointed it passed...rriiigghht, sure I believe that. I can't wait for all the shoot outs and duels to start. /s Should go into effect January 1st. I may just open carry that one day only just 'cause. I want the Austin PD to stop me just because I have a gun so I can sue them. Heh!

There was an Astra A-400, a Mauser 1914, and a Savage Mod 1917 all in a row.
Now I have to figure out how to pull together enough money to buy one of everything.

You know, if you want the classic muff pistol  you should get the Remington double barreled derringer in .41 rimfire or the Velo-Dog.

154 FFS, you people who are conservative and live in Chicago need to get up off the couch, go out to your car and drive to the airport. Once there book a one-way flight to just about any of the 40 states that have fewer progressives and better weather. Fourty degrees in the middle of summer? That's just wrong.
