MSNBC Keeps a Laser-Like Focus on Today's Big Story
— Ace

You will think what I'm about to post is a joke, or a p-shop.

It's not. It's real. What I'm posting is MSNBC's actual homepage today.

Remember: This is real.

This is happening.

msnbchomepage.jpg

JohnE. attempted to interest MSNBC in other stories. He was unsuccessful.

Walter Cronkite Award Winner for Excellence in Journalism Ronan Farrow covers today's biggest story -- the mostly-white make-up of Academy Awards voters.

Oh: MSNBC will cover the Ukrainian situation, but for only one reason: Obama's giving a statement on it at 4:45 pm, or, as the rest of us call it, 5:22 pm.

2 Well, duh. Of course. And you know who hates Chris Christie? The Tea Party. So, ipso facto, MSNBC's right-wing bias is because the Tea Party controls it.

Has anyone ever studied why lefty media ALWAYS FAILS.  I mean ALWAYS.

MSNBC is outed as a hard left partisan org.  And thus it fails.

All left talk radio fails.

My analysis:  there just aren't that many lefties.  And liberals have their choice of many favorite and habitual news outlets that they are used to.

In contrast, there are simply gobs more conservatives who have to search for good programming and reward it loyally.

The dem vote is made up of at least 50% of the ghetto and lifetime welfare trash.  Do you think they care about policy??  Do they care about the debt??  They don't care about themselves, what else would they care about??

Which is why outright lefty media fails.  Some websites might thrive, but they can never take the next step...

58 Two months out and I'm STILL totally unclear on what this Christie scandal is even about. The Dems have a "seep strategy" of strangling every GOP candidacy in the preemie ward. First target: Christie. Now Scott Walker. And one by one they will throttle every GOPers, way back here in 2014, so that when 2016 rolls around, whoever gets the nomination, will be attacked with this old "proven" scandal. However, it's not as "deep" as they think it is, because all they're doing is winnowing out people like Christie whom we didn't want anyway. And the ones we do want, like Walker, will survive the strangulation. Because, in every case, the "scandal" is course totally ginned-up and fake.

THAT is the main secret to beating the Media/Democrat complex, and Christie's tactics would win in a matchup. That the base has come to hate him does not even register with them. They recognize his methodology as being highly likely to win against them in an election contest. I more or less agree. 116 International Business Times breaks it down like this; In the Crimea, on the northern coast of the Black Sea, ethnic Russians account for 60 percent of the population, while the local ethnic Ukrainians and Tatars (who together form about 35 percent of Crimeans) have formed an alliance to resist any moves by the Crimean regional parliament toward placating Moscow and perhaps seceding from Ukraine. The Tatars, a Turkic people and predominantly Muslim (though primarily secular), once dominated the Crimean peninsula, but they are now a minority there, accounting for only about 12 percent of the population. So they have Crimea at about 60% ethnic Russian.

Two months out and I'm STILL totally unclear on what this Christie scandal is even about.

The Dems have a "deep strategy" of strangling every GOP candidacy in the preemie ward.

I see this as little more than Russian paranoia.

Paranoia no, an opportunity yes Posted by: Nevergiveup

I doubt a reasonable reading of the treaty would be as permissive as you say, but I haven't read it so I won't dispute your characterization.  I think it's much more likely that Putin is completely over-reading the treaty, and the words are being stretched and tortured like Moochelle's thong.
