Media Ignores Obama's "We Don't Have a Strategy" Statement In Order to Focus on the Important Thing -- Obama Fashion
— Ace

A partisan Democrat media, hungry for an Obama victory, finds one in his sartorial choices.

Good photoshop about this, too:

Retracted: Commenter Andrew tells me I totally misread that piece and claimed it was making a completely different argument than the one it was actually making.

He's right; I'm sorry. Apologies to Vox, too, for misrepresenting them.

This didn't just start with Foley, its been obvious for quite a while. Seriously, he just got back from a vacation while actual shooting wars are breaking loose in a big way in the Middle East including an ongoing war in Israel and now a hot war with one of our allies in Europe for God's sake and his first move before going on an extended fundraising/party tour is to give a presser in a casual suit and admit he had no fucking idea what to do? 124 The days are not far off when we will be wishing that the main topic was Choom Boy's suit choice.

I don't know when he's going to let the Immigration Bomb drop officially, but my money's on some time around Sept. 11 when we will see the results of his treasonous acts -- think border, think cozying up to his Muzzie terrorist pals, think decimating and gelding the military -- all rolled into one explosive ball.

And our media and political whores will keep on sucking his toes, while the "conservative" babblers will stay quiet, lest they cause Bad Optics or something.

The color of his suit won't matter. All that will count is the content of his character. Which means we will be SOL.

195 "112.  I really don't care anymore. It is getting too hard to care. Bad for my health."

I have heard this from a distressing number of conservatives who, in 2009, were ready to fight TFG on the beaches, the landing grounds, in the fields, in the streets and in the hills.  Our exhaustion is precisely what Obama and his gang are counting on.   Mao didn't call it the Long March for nothing.

197 We live in Md and want to move, we have to wait a year for our youngest to graduate, the question is where to move, seems like libs are taking over everything like cockroaches.

I live in upstate NY.  Ain't EVEN gonna move.

Things go pear shaped, we have a very defensible position.

Got my family to defend anyway.

Besides, there has to be someone with a modicum of sanity to rebuild, lest we fall into the same sorry shit.

200 Stop whining T9, you could easily fly from the Springs if you were willing to pay a little more.

Posted by: PaleRider at August 29, 2014 06:21 PM (dkExz)

i live so close to the spring airport that I could throw a rock and hit the tower.

And actually it's cheaper to fly out of here, it's just the connecting flights.

202 Yeah, we'll get through it, Soona.

It's obviously a blatant ploy to try to make Mary Fallin look bad in an election year...and help out that dickhead who is running against her.

But like I said...it makes the indictment against Perry even more laughable.

I don't think Mary has too much to worry about election-wise.  Too many people are aware of how shitty Common Core is.

Posted by: Truck Monkey, as Voiced by Brian Dennehy at August 29, 2014 06:24 PM (jucos) So true, we hate leaving, but it's crazy the amount of money we are paying for our house, we did it so our kids could get into a good school. In hindsight not so sure that was a good investment. We love the water, but could never afford to actually live on the water, we're thinking of moving to a small town in VA on a lake.

I smile every time the government and/or the MFM realize that they don't have as much control as they think they do of the information we have access to.
