— Ace

...using that forged discharge sheet. And Q&O says that the feds will prosecute.

It's now officially sad.

1 Is his kid real? Or, is that fake, too? I sort of feel sorry for the little tyke. He has a warrant out of Pierce Co., a federal warrant, and he is now in violation of his Az felony probation, too. If he's smart, and he's not, he shd turn himself in.

2 Yeah, but it wasn't until he beat up his girlfriend that the authorities got interested in the fraud. I think that moves it back from sad to "I hope he gets what's coming to him."

3 Dear God we've gone from laughable to pathetic.

4 In a cruel twist of fate, since he filed a claim with the VA, it is likely his personal information was on that laptop that was stolen recently from a VA employee. Supposedly, it contained the information on any vet that had filed a VA claim in the last 30 years.

Looks like he picked a bad time to defraud the government.

5 If they are going to prosecute, this has gone from sad to totally awesome.

7 Dear Jesse,

After going to lockup, you will have plenty of time to reflect on your indescretions, as well you should.

Those of us who actually served will have a great deal of time to reflect on the number of times you take it up the ass from Big Bubba.

Wishing you well, and trust your mother is able to send you sufficient KY-Jelly, as you will certainly need it.

Regards,

Fish

8 Thanks to the internet, it's become possible for the mentally ill to publicly self-implode like never before, which is a sad thing to see.

But that's why your old pal Sandy uses an online alias. (Hint: I mis-spell my last name, to obscure my true identity. I'm like a DaVinci Code mystery that way.)

9 +"It's now officially sad."+

I'll second that. This is just pathetic. I'd feel sorry for him if he wasn't such a tool.

10 He wont need KY. In the big house they use salad dressing. Ranch or 1000 Island will do, but I think the cons prefer Italian since it's a bit more oily. Get to know these phrases, Jess: Tossin' a salad and pullin' a train. Tossin' a salad is any anal, if you're lucky you just eat it with the salad dressing. Pullin a train is when you get it coming and going. All Aboard the MAN TRAIN!!!!

How do I know this? I worked it corrections a few years back. Ick. What a horrible job.

11 After looking at this guys DD214, it is possible that he was in the military for a very short time and then altered the document later. The DD 214 shows an active duty date of 05-01-2003, and then a separation date of 06-13-2003 or one month and 13 days of service. I wonder if he got booted from basic, received his 214 and then altered it later.

12 I think what Jesse needs mroe than anything else is a good round of cornhole.

13 I disagree with Ace. This isn't sad, if anything it's actually getting funnier. The thought of super soldier, mad dog killer Jesse getting some special attention in a federal pen makes me giggle.
