Hillary Overcome by Emotions
— Ace

Drudge siren: "Hillary in Faint Scare"

"She fainted after not feeling well, got medical attention and is proceeding with her planned schedule," according to a statement released by her office in Washington.
Looks like she was finally overcome by the overwhelming sense of joy she's been experiencing as a result of the successful election in Iraq.

Update: Fox News just did a phone interview with some big-wig doctor, who assisted them in their wild speculation about the possible cause of Hillary's apparent case of 'the vapors'. Said big-wig doctor was kind enough to speculate that she "May have had diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration."

Don't they have a delay? Where is the FCC?

2 That stomach bug has been going around, I caught it just before New Year's;
If that is what she had, I sympathize. Its awful.

3 Is fainting the new tears for the 21st Century?

Posted by: WallFly at January 31, 2005 10:57 AM (fDsaO)

4 Did Hillary take one for the home team? Or did she faint out of sheer exhaustion in that the liberals have a black hole in their leadership positions and she is the only donkey in the bunch RWA to carry the torch? Why not accept medical advice from a doctor? She could turn around and use the visit to the ER to rip the current healthcare industry.

5 Dave,

What's with the sarcasm, man? I mean the woman may or may not have had diarrhea, which may or may not have caused her to become dehydrated, and that may or may not have been the cause of her allegedly fainting. Or maybe not, I don't know.

But is that anything to joke about?

6 Ha ha. . . it's not sarcasm, I genuinely hope she's okay.

If you press me for a political reason, I want my opponents healthy for when I crush them, drive them before me, and hear the lamentations of their women.

Or, in Hillary's case. . . uh. . . okay, I'm shutting up now.

Cheers,

7 Dave,

If 'crushing' your political enemies involves squeezing or exerting pressure of any kind around the abdominal region, I'd wait till Hill gets over that stomach flu.

8 I don't know. Any conversation which includes mention of Hillary and diarrhea in more or less the same sentence makes me very uncomfortable. Am I alone here?

9 Dave,

In Hillary's case, I still think you would be hearing the lamentations of her women.

Not that there's anything wrong with that....

10 She actually was listening to the Rush Limbaugh show today and heard her dog was playing around with Sharon Stone -- again.

11 Diarrhea is the new black.

12 I really did get my hopes up when I heard she dropped, unfortunately she recovered. She'd be far more likeable in a eulogy, but then I don't think I could stomach her posthumous canonization in the Left's pantheon either.

She could have gone on T-shirts next to Che.

Alright, SOMEBODY has to take credit for that.

Alas, Sobek's on the case!

14 UPDATE: I'm all about new meme's - can we start some giant conspiracy theory around this one and call it: "Diarrhea-gate" or something. That would be ABSOLUTELY priceless if it caught....

15 Hey, are they running clips of this on TV constantly like they ran images of George Bush Sr. getting sick at that state dinner in Japan? That was fodder for TV / radio jokes for months afterwords. Or how about the unfortunate dive Bob Dole took off that platform during his campaign bid? I saw that one run constantly too.

16 Update: Fox News just did a phone interview with some big-wig doctor, who assisted them in their wild speculation about the possible cause of Hillary's apparent case of 'the vapors'.

The vapors! Heh. She had gas! The methane depletes oxygen locally. That's why women with the vapors are always seen madly fanning their faces. They need fresh air.

Combined with the resulting panic attack of embarrassment--cause, well, they stinky--a woman can easily pass out. This is all science, folks. Like barbituates and alcohol, the effect is multiplicative.

Since men think farts are funny, of course, they're never struck by this deadly synergistic combination.

Science Dictionary: "the vapors".

17 I admit it: I am "Hillary's colon."

(never thought I'd ever say something like that in my lifetime, but true nonetheless)

18 We have long known Hillary is full of shit, it doesn't a take doctor to tell us that. But I saw a few clips of the speech and none of them included her fainting. If anyone has it, or some stills please post. Enas Yorl has a good point, will we ever forget Bush's throwing up in Japan, Ford's tumbling down Air Force One's stairs, of Bob Doles's dive after they've been burned onto our hard drives by the media?
