Caught on Video: Ward Churchill's Kill-An-Officer-For-Peace Speech
If you can stand it.
Law professors -- like Eugene Volokh, appearing on O'Reilly last night -- continue insisting this is protected speech because there is no "clear and present danger" of actual incitement to criminal activity.
Ummm... well, I guess we'll have to see about that, won't we? That Muslim son-of-a-bitch fragged several officers just as the Iraq War began; I imagine there will be other incidences (not necessarily perpetrated by Muslims).
Just curious... after how many officers are fragged will Churchill's words be considered a potential "clear and present danger" to incite murder? This has always been a very vague standard; I just want to know what the bodycount has to be before law professors, even those on the right, begin to realize that exhortations to murder perhaps isn't protected by the First Amendment and isn't really the sort of true political speech it was designed to safeguard.

Churchill kept just inside the line - he said, "Let me ask you". I was clear on what he meant, and so is everyone else, but somehow, the fact that he didn't phrase it as a direct suggestion will keep him out of jail.
I'm sorry about it, too, Ace. I really despise Chutch.

So, if I was to speculate that the best thing to do to help the war effort was to 'put a bullet in that bastards brain', then I suppose that my speech would be as protected as his, even if someone actually did it.
For the record, I am not advocating the mans death, just wondering aloud if it might be a good idea.

Of course there is no "clear and present danger" of actual incitement to criminal activity
because it involves killing our officers to help us lose the war. Now if it were those dangerous, subversive, Right-Wing-Extremist bloggers, well that is a different altogether.

Seize Churchill's house and property and turn it into a flag factory. Since we can.

Personally, I have more respect for the terrorists than I do for Churchill. At least they put their money where their mouths are.
Churchill is nothing more than a loud-mouthed pussy. He'd never march up to a soldier and privately say these things. He feels free to thump his chest because he knows there will be no violent retribution.

I think Churchill should be ousted just for using a phrase like "a more impactful effect". What's wrong with "more impact"? It's like he's trying intelligentize himself or something.

What a jerk. Seriously, first we need to get rid of Churchill, then universities need to reconsider the entire tenure system that allows fakes like this guy to find and keep work.
